Over the last twenty years, Crown Properties has built a comprehensive portfolio of properties to rent in Scarborough, both for commercial and residential use. A large number of our properties to let are based in or near Scarborough town centre, but we have also built a number of new social housing rental properties in the wider Scarborough area.
Our properties to let range from one-bedroom flats through to five-bedroom homes. Whilst many of our properties boast central heating and double glazing, some of our older Victorian properties do not.
We own all of the properties that we rent out in the Scarborough area and do not work on behalf of any landlords. This means that we have full responsibility for all of our properties, and we have a team of experienced tradesmen who are available to manage and maintain our rental properties to an excellent standard. Additionally, the Crown Properties team of office staff are fully trained to help tenants find their ideal property to rent in Scarborough.
